Yoga is a unique way to refine body and get extra energy for the body. This is not only a exercise but heels each and every part of the body. Yoga is started form South east Asia and spread all over the world. Yoga can be define in many ways but these are main parts of the yoga:

Modern Yoga versus Traditional Yoga: Describes recent alterations of Yoga, and that Yoga is not merely a physical fitness program; includes quotes from several well-known authorities on Yoga.

Yoga and the words Hindu and Hinduism: There are two diversions from traditional Yoga. One is that Yoga is physical fitness and the other is that Yoga is a religion.

Yoga and Institutional Religion: Yoga is in religion, but religion is not in Yoga. Yoga itself has no deity, worship services, rituals, sacred icons, clergy, temples, churches, or other characteristics of religion.

Day to day itinerary (trek 7 days Yoga trek )

 Day 1: Arrival at Kathmandu then transfer to Hotel

Day 2: Kathmandu – Pokhara;  Early morning drive to Pashupatinath Temple for 1 hour Yoga practice at Shesmantak Jungle then drive to Pokhara by Private Van or bus -transfer to Hotel . Yoga trek briefing and  shooping at Lakeside area.

Start trek 

Day 3:  Pokhara – Phedi –   Pothana (3-4 hours)  1,950 m/6,400 ft.

Wake up early and do some short Yoga course, breakfast  then drive  Phedi (45Min.) . Trek start  with a steep climb through the jungle, passing local villages until we reach Dhampus ( lunch) . It is a Popular Gurung village so you will enjoy with local ethnic tribe life style and if the weather permited  we will have stunning views of Annapurna Mountain range then contininue to Pothana , overnight at a  teahouse.

Day 4:  Pothana – Forest Camp 2,600 m/8,530 ft5 hr trek

A steep uphill climb for most of the day through dense forest  with beautiful views of the Dhaulagiri and Annapurna ranges. We can encounter with  abundant wildlife here like deer, monkeys and many species of birds. Afternoon  lunch at Forest camp and stay overnight at  teahouse.

Day 5:  Forest  Camp – High Camp 3,550m/11,645ft  6-7 hr 

After forest camp we will hike to  Low Camp in the jungle, then Pine forest start and to be at the top of the ridge so  spectacular views of Machhapuchhre ahead and Annapurna South, above the tree line. The trail undulates along the ridge and after about 3-4 hours trekking will reach  High Camp (3550m)  teahouse. 

Day 6:  High Camp – Mardi Himal Base Camp 4,450 m/14,600 ft – High Camp 6 hr 

Wake up early to see the sunrise mountain view with yoga class . After breakfast, we trek  to Mardi Himal Base Camp( 4450 meters). A challenging day, walking along narrow and rocky trails, but worthy day .to see the  majestic mountain environment. View of the  Fishtail mountain (it  is a sacred mountain for both Hindus and Buddhists ). Lunch (packed lunch ) with mountain view  and return to High Camp guest house

Day 7:  High Camp – Siding Village 1,880 m/6,170 ft 6 hr 

We follow the same trail until low camp then follow the steep down hill  to Siding village .  It will be  a wonderful cultural experience finding out more about village life in Nepal overnigh at  teahouse. 

Day 8: Siding Village – Lwang Village 1,450 m/4,760 ft 4 hr 

Trail passes through  Kalimati and Ghalel. We will experience  Brahmin & Gurung community . Finally we will be Lwang , a charming Gurung village with stone paved streets, traditional buildings and great mountain views. This village is famous for its organic tea plantation  at homestay.

Day 9: Lwang Village – Milanchowk  – Pokhara 4-5 hr trek, 20 min drive

 We will passess through the bank of Modi river then arrive at Milan chowk & drive to pokhara  at Hotel .

Day 10: Drive to kathmandu or drive or flight out own destination ( free day ) .

Cost : 830 U.S.$ per person 

Price Include :

  1. Pick up from Kathmandu airport then transfor to Hotel (Deluxe double on B&B plan) 
  2. Hotel in pokhara 2 nights ( deluxe double on B&B plan ) 
  3. Food (Breakfast , lunch & dinner with tea -coffee ) in Trekking guest houses .
  4. Accommodation in trekking area guest houses twin sharing bases on the trek .
